THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP BENEFIT! October is MEMBER’S PREVIEW MONTH at the newly renovated Conservancy of Southwest Florida. Pardon our dust while we get ready for our public opening in November. While all features will not be accessible immediately, members only can enjoy the electric boat rides leaving from the Allyn Family Docks (limited boat schedule in effect) and tour the all-new Dalton Discovery Center with over 125 live animals and marine life – including a juvenile loggerhead sea turtle! Explore the Shotwell Wavering Filter marsh and spot some visiting wading birds and even some juvenile snook splashing about in their new habitat. Visit the gazebo on Smith Preserve Way to view some resident gopher tortoises that call the Christopher B. Smith Preserve their home. Stroll along the Robert DeLong Mangrove Trail and enjoy the peaceful walk among the mangroves lining the lagoon. While not available right away, you’ll soon be able to visit the "babies" in the nursery at the von Arx Wildlife Hospital (work inside is still underway.) This is a MEMBERS ONLY preview, Monday – Saturday, 9 AM -4:30 PM during October. Of course, no visit is complete without a visit to the Bradley Nature Store for nature-inspired merchandise and enjoy your member 10 percent discount! We’re looking for your feedback on your experience during this "dry run" before we open to the public in November. Please enter through the regular 14th Avenue North entrance.

If you want to renew your membership, you can do so online today. You can also join online today. Or stop on by and bring some friends along so they can become members, too! Non-members are welcome to join or let us welcome you when we open to the public in November.

While we are currently unsure of when we will reopen, actual dates will be posted here on the website once they are confirmed. Conservancy members can still renew at today's rates and protect our environment --- all members will receive FREE ADMISSION to Mote Marine Aquarium and over 120 Nature Centers across the country and in Canada. JOIN OR RENEW TODAY!
