Education Programs Administrator

Cheryl Latif coordinates the administration of education programs delivered by the education staff at our nature center and in the community.  She serves as the primary contact point for education programs, including school programs, community outreach programs, guided tours and camps.

For the 10 years that Cheryl has worked at the Conservancy she has been a valued member of our education team, often described as “the glue that holds the education team together." She also coordinates logistics for education events taking place at the Conservancy such as teacher workshops and conferences, manages the education office and assists in project planning.

Belonging to many environmental organizations over the years, Cheryl has found a great fit working at the Conservancy, blending her education and sales backgrounds to help promote environmental education.  She also has volunteered as a mentor for Champions for Learning, Take Stock in Children program for the past 7 years.
